What to include

The app can fill most of this in for you: open Settings, tap Contact us, and the draft already carries the version, the build, your iOS version and your device model. Add what you were doing and what happened instead.

Common questions

My diary is gone after changing phones. The diary is stored on the phone and is never uploaded, so a new phone starts empty. Settings has an Export backup button; the file it makes can be restored on the new phone.

I paid and the plan is not showing. Open the paywall from Settings and tap Restore purchases. Purchases stay with your Apple ID, so this works on a new phone and after a reinstall.

How do I cancel? In the App Store, not in the app. Settings on your phone, your name, Subscriptions.

The pressure forecast is empty. The forecast needs location permission and a network connection. Check Settings on your phone, Privacy and Security, Location Services, Migraine Tracker.

I want everything deleted. Settings, Legal, Delete my data. That removes every migraine, note, medication and setting on the phone and cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep them.
